What's Covered?

• All medical equipment, supplies and medications for the patient ordered by the physician and listed on the Plan of Care.
  
  
• Items appropriate for the patient's comfort, such as nutrition supplements, adult diapers, mouth and skin care products, ostomy supplies, heel protectors, cushions, mattresses and geri-chairs
  
  
• Ambulance transfers, inpatient admissions, test and lab expenses when related to the terminal illness, dating from the day of admission to hospice
